Job summary

Eric Jones StairbuildingGroup in Melbourne, Australia, is seeking an Experienced Timber Staircase Installer who can install traditional and customised staircases, balustrading and handrails with high precision. The role is a permanent full-time position with overtime and is open to sub-contractors.

You will need to interpret drawings, have solid carpentry/joinery experience, good attention to detail, and a strong work ethic. White card required and trade qualification preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to interpret drawings.
• High quality skills and experience in carpentry or joinery (preferably in staircase industry).
• Solid construction industry experience in joinery or carpentry.
• Great attention to detail and accuracy.
• Quality control of own work.
• A strong work ethic.
• Hold a valid White card.
• A trade qualification in carpentry/joinery (preferable).

In order to be successful in this role you will have:

Ability to interpret drawings
