Job summary

Tyndale Christian School in Blacktown is seeking a Stage 4 Student Formation and Wellbeing Coordinator. This role provides leadership for pastoral care, wellbeing and behaviour of students in Years 7 and 8, fostering a Christ-centred culture and guiding students toward faith, character and resilience.

The Coordinator leads Stage 4 formation through pastoral care programs, student leadership and cross-curricular learning, including service and community engagement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Qualified teachers with NESA accreditation and WWCC clearance.
• Experience in secondary education and pastoral leadership.
• Ability to lead Pastoral Care and collaborate with families and staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead Stage 4 formation and wellbeing programs for Years 7–8.
• Oversee student discipline with restorative approaches.
• Collaborate with teachers, families and staff to support wellbeing.
