Job summary

Norris Hair & Beauty is seeking a friendly Sales Assistant to be the welcoming face across our Burleigh and Bundall stores, helping customers with orders, product enquiries and recommendations while enjoying a positive, fun team culture.

You'll join two stores and spend time across Burleigh, Bundall and Northern Rivers, providing outstanding service, processing orders, managing accounts, merchandising and stock control, and sharing your passion for hair and beauty with customers.

• Experience in hairdressing and customer service.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

We are a growing wholesale hair and beauty company looking for an energetic, friendly, and customer-focused person to join our team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with hairdressing experience who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and providing outstanding customer service.

About the Role

You'll be the friendly face and welcoming voice across our stores, helping our hair and beauty customers with orders, product enquiries and all the little things that make their day!

This is a full-time role with a little variety built in – spending time across Burleigh, Bundall and on occasions our Northern Rivers store. No two days are the same, and you'll love being part of two fantastic store teams, building customer relationships and sharing your passion for the hair and beauty industry.

You'll be joining a friendly, supportive team who love what they do and enjoy having a bit of fun along the way!.

What You'll Be Doing

• Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in person

• Assisting customers with product enquiries and recommendations

• Processing orders and managing customer accounts
