Norris Hair & Beauty in Bendigo is seeking a Store Manager to lead our Bendigo store. You’ll provide exceptional customer service, manage day-to-day store operations, and support our hair and beauty customers with orders and product enquiries.

About the Role

What You'll Be Doing

• Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in person
• Assisting customers with product enquiries and recommendations
• Processing orders and managing customer accounts
• Merchandising, monitoring stock and ordering

• Store Manager with hairdressing experience
• Previous customer service experience
