SoCode is seeking a Staff Platform Engineer to provide deep technical leadership across a modern cloud-native platform within a scaling fintech environment. This hands-on role emphasizes platform architecture, Kubernetes, GitOps, cloud security, reliability and engineering standards.

You will work closely with senior engineering leadership to harden a production-grade AWS platform, enabling secure, scalable customer environments.

Qualificações

• Deep AWS and Kubernetes platform engineering experience.
• Extensive IaC and GitOps expertise with security focus.
• Experience operating cloud-native production environments.
• Mentoring engineers and driving engineering standards.
• Ability to make pragmatic technical decisions in fast-moving environments.

Responsabilidades

• Drive technical direction across AWS, Kubernetes/EKS and GitOps infrastructure.
• Review and improve platform architecture, resiliency and operational readiness.
• Define engineering standards for infrastructure, CI/CD, observability and security.
• Lead best practices around Terraform, Argo CD, deployment automation and platform operations.
• Support secure multi-environment SaaS deployment models and production hardening.
• Mentor engineers through design reviews and technical guidance.
