SoCode is seeking a Staff Data Platform Engineer to own a large-scale analytical data platform. The role focuses on tackling infrastructure challenges, shaping foundational AI-ready data products, and leading a small team while staying hands-on with the technology.

The position emphasizes platform reliability, automation, observability and secure multi-tenant data distribution as you scale data services for AI-driven products.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in ClickHouse or comparable OLAP technologies.
• Experience building multi-tenant analytical systems at scale.
• Experience leading and mentoring engineers.

Responsabilités

• Design, optimise and scale multi-tenant ClickHouse or OLAP platforms with focus on shards, replication, views and cost efficiency.
• Build automation and observability to improve resilience and reduce operational overhead.
• Shape secure, multi-tenant data platform for immutable releases and efficient data access.
• Collaborate with ML engineers to enable secure access to platform data for AI workloads.
• Establish robust tenant isolation and least-privilege access controls.
• Set architectural direction, maintain engineering standards, and line-manage a small team while remaining hands-on.
