Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering complex software solutions in large-scale or distributed environments.
• Hands-on software engineering capability with a passion for solving challenging problems.
• Experience building cloud-native apps, APIs, platforms or data-driven services.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of scalable, resilient software across customer channel and data platforms.
• Build and evolve applications, APIs, services and platform capabilities.
• Contribute across backend, cloud, customer experiences and data-enabled solutions.
• Drive architectural decisions and influence engineering direction across squads.
• Champion modern software practices including CI/CD, automated testing, observability and DevSecOps.
• Mentor engineers and grow technical capability across the organisation.
• Support platforms in production and drive continuous improvement through automation.
