You’ll partner with Product and Design to deliver AI-powered, secure, scalable home lending experiences, drive modern engineering practices, and uplift standards across the Home Buying domain while growing as a software engineering leader.

• Ability to lead architecture, design and delivery of secure, scalable platforms
• Experience guiding a small team of engineers while remaining hands-on

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design and delivery for secure, scalable platforms

• Own outcomes end-to-end from discovery to production in collaboration with Product & Design
• Drive CI/CD, testing, DevOps and cloud engineering for reliable delivery
• Influence engineering standards and strategic direction across teams
