Canva’s Sydney team is looking for a Staff Software Engineer to own portable libraries for mobile platforms. You’ll write performant Rust and C++ libraries that run across iOS, Android, and the web, enabling a single codebase to power hundreds of millions of users.

This role blends deep systems programming with mobile expertise. You’ll work hands-on in a leadership capacity, shape interfaces, and mentor peers, while communicating clearly with frontend engineers and product partners.

Qualifications
