Qualifications

• 10+ years building and operating production software.
• Experience owning technical direction beyond delivery.
• Hands-on ERP or agentic AI experience is valuable.
• Ability to lead technical direction without line authority.

Responsibilities

• Turn delivered solutions into reusable assets and reference implementations.
• Shape repeatable offerings with standard build approaches.
• Own reference architecture and patterns for agentic ERP solutions.
• Anchor ERP estate technical approach across Oracle EBS and SAP.

• Define production readiness and enforce engineering standards across centers.
