You will guide engineering teams on AI orchestration, prompt engineering, vector search and guardrails, while ensuring robust security,

Qualifications

Lead the design and development of AI agents, workflows and conversational platforms.
Drive solution architecture and engineering practices across full-stack apps.
Lead enterprise API, microservices and system integration initiatives.
Design and implement LLM-based solutions, RAG pipelines and multi-agent workflows.
Guide engineering teams on AI orchestration, prompt engineering and vector search.
Establish engineering standards for security, testing, CI/CD and production readiness.
Drive AI guardrails and human-in-the-loop workflows.
Provide technical guidance, code reviews and mentorship to teams.
