Belgravia Leisure seeks an emergent or established Stadium Manager to lead operations at the Wurdi Baierr Aquatic and Recreation Centre in Torquay. You will drive service excellence, community engagement and program delivery while owning the venue's performance and culture.

You will lead a customer-centric team, ensure safety and compliance, and work with partners to grow program offerings as the centre opens in 2027.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in a stadium/large venue or similar service industry.
• Experience delivering or supporting community sporting programs.
• Operational experience with safety, risk management and compliance frameworks.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily operations across the facility including stadium programs, bookings and customer service.
• Provide hands-on, people-focused leadership to foster a welcoming, high-performance culture.
• Ensure high safety standards through effective compliance, risk management and venue supervision.
• Support and grow competition and social sports programs and community use of facilities.
• Liaise with sporting associations and user groups to maximise facility use and satisfaction.
• Manage financial performance in line with the venue budget.
• Build strong relationships with partners to achieve shared goals.
• Recruit, coach and empower a customer-centric team.
