Belgravia Leisure, part of Belgravia Health and Leisure Group, is seeking a Stadium Manager for Torquay, focusing on outstanding guest experiences and community engagement at the Wurdi Baierr Aquatic and Recreation Centre. You will lead operations, safety, and program delivery as part of the leadership team opening in early 2027.

You'll drive growth, service excellence, and financial outcomes, mentoring a customer-focused team and coordinating with partners and local groups to maximise facility

Formación

• Experience leading teams in stadium operations
• Experience delivering or supporting community sporting programs
• Operational experience with safety and compliance frameworks
• Strong customer-service orientation and stakeholder management

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on, people-focused leadership to foster a welcoming, high-performance culture
• Lead daily operations across the venue including stadium programs, bookings, and customer service functions
• Ensure high safety standards through effective compliance, risk management, and venue supervision
• Support and grow community sport programs, group fitness and community use of facilities
• Liaise with sporting associations and user groups to maximize facility use and satisfaction
• Manage financial performance in line with the venue budget
• Build strong relationships with contract partners and stakeholders
• Recruit, coach, and empower a customer-centric team
