Job summary

Downer is seeking an experienced Supervisor to lead pavement rehabilitation projects in Maddington, WA, overseeing frontline crews and coordinating plant, materials and subcontractors. The role focuses on safe, efficient delivery of critical road infrastructure with strong leadership and continuous improvement mindset.

You will report to the Project Manager, plan and coordinate resources, and drive safety, quality and client engagement across the network.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Supervisor, Leading Hand or similar leadership role.
• Background in road maintenance, pavement rehabilitation, civil construction or a related industry.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Sound knowledge of workplace health and safety requirements.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Current Driver Licence.

At Downer, we deliver integrated services that support and enhance our communities. We are seeking an experienced Supervisor to join our Pavement Rehabilitation team in Maddington, WA and play a key role in the safe and successful delivery of projects across our network.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, organising, leading and coordinating personnel, plant, suppliers and resources to ensure projects and maintenance activities are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

This is a permanent full-time salaried leadership position offering the opportunity to lead frontline crews and contribute to the successful delivery of critical road infrastructure projects.
