Job summary

Downer is seeking an experienced Supervisor to join the Pavement Rehabilitation team in Maddington, WA. You will lead frontline crews, coordinate site activities and ensure safe, efficient delivery of road infrastructure projects.

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will plan, organise and monitor personnel, plant, suppliers and resources, driving continuous improvement while maintaining high safety and quality standards on site.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Supervisor or similar leadership role.
• Background in road maintenance, pavement rehabilitation, civil construction or related industry.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Sound knowledge of workplace health and safety requirements.
• Current Driver Licence.

At Downer, we deliver integrated services that support and enhance our communities. We are seeking an experienced Supervisor to join our Pavement Rehabilitation team in Maddington, WA and play a key role in the safe and successful delivery of projects across our network.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, organising, leading and coordinating personnel, plant, suppliers and resources to ensure projects and maintenance activities are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

This is a permanent full-time salaried leadership position offering the opportunity to lead frontline crews and contribute to the successful delivery of critical road infrastructure projects.
