Tokyo Headspa in St Leonards, NSW is seeking a Spa Manager for a full-time role. The position offers a $70,000 per year salary negotiable based on experience plus uncapped bonuses, and requires 1 weekend day.

Join a rapidly expanding premium wellness brand delivering luxury experiences across scalp care, massage, and relaxation. You will oversee day-to-day salon operations, lead a team of Head Spa Therapists and a Salon Coordinator, drive customer satisfaction, and contribute to sales strategy

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a customer-facing reception role, ideally in a salon, spa, or wellness environment.
• Experience managing a roster.
• Impeccable grooming and presentation.

About the Role

As our Spa Manageryou are responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the salon, ensuring a high standard of 5 star service, managing staff, and enhancing customer satisfaction. You will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the beauty industry.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Greet guests warmly and guide them through their visit
• Maintain the serene and polished presentation of the space
• Manage and mentor a team of Head Spa Therapists and a Salon Coordinator
• Ensure operational efficiency
• Oversee stock management and product ordering
• Roster management - create and manage the Therapist team roster
• Work with head office to maximise sales strategy for the salon

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a customer-facing reception role, ideally in a salon, spa, or wellness environment
• Experience managing a roster
• Impeccable grooming and presentation
• A calm, organised multitasker with incredible attention to detail
• Strong customer service instincts and a genuine passion for wellness
• Experience with Zenoti or Fresha is a bonus (but not essential)
