Job summary

Tokyo Headspa in Australia seeks a Headspa Therapist to deliver deeply relaxing scalp-focused treatments in a calm, elegant salon. You will train in authentic Japanese Headspa therapy and help clients reduce stress while promoting scalp and hair health.

We offer full-time or part-time roles with guaranteed hours, open from 8am to 10pm, seven days a week, with morning and evening shifts. Training and career advancement opportunities are provided within a growing network across Australia.

Qualifications

• Certificate IV in Beauty Therapy or Certificate II in Salon Assistant required.
• Previous salon or clinic experience in hair and massage.
• Genuine interest in hair and scalp health, relaxation therapies, and holistic wellness.
• Professional grooming and presentation, with strong communication and customer service skills.
• Physical capacity for 6-8 hour shifts.
• Willingness to learn and embrace Japanese wellness culture.

$28 - $35 per hour (permanent rate of pay) + weekend penalty rates + tips & monthly performance bonuses.

Guaranteed hours: Full time or Part time, guaranteed hours each week. Either a morning shift or afternoon/evening shift.

About the Role

Job Role Specifics

Rate of Pay (permanent pay rates):

$26-$27 per hour for recent graduates.

$28-$35 per hour for experienced hair, massage, beauty professionals.

Penalty rates for Saturdays and Sundays.

Monthly rebook incentives.

Full-time or Part-time positions with guaranteed hours.

We are open 8am - 10pm, 7 days a week and offer morning and evening shifts. (please note most positions require a mix of morning and evening shifts)

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Either a Certificate IV in Beauty Therapy or Certificate II in Salon Assistant.
