Job summary

Showtime Consulting is seeking a Senior Salesforce Data Cloud Developer in Sydney to design and implement scalable data solutions that transform customer, account, product, and service data into actionable insights for marketing and engagement.

You will work with business stakeholders, architects, and data engineers to create scalable data models, identity resolution frameworks, and activation pipelines, including Data Cloud integrations with Marketing Cloud and other channels.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of software development and enterprise data solution experience.
• Strong commercial experience with Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360).
• Experience designing customer data platforms and marketing data solutions.
• Knowledge of DLOs, DMOs, identity resolution, segmentation, and consent management.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement scalable solutions within Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360).
• Build customer data foundations that support marketing, analytics and engagement.
• Define and maintain Data Lake Objects (DLOs) and Data Model Objects (DMOs).
• Create DLO-to-DMO mappings and transformation frameworks.
• Design identity resolution models and customer relationship structures.
• Develop data models for customer, account, product, service and subscription data.
• Create audience segmentation strategies for campaigns.
• Design consent and preference management frameworks.
• Develop data transformation processes: cleansing, standardisation, normalisation, deduplication, aggregation.
• Support batch and streaming data ingestion and transformation pipelines.
• Integrate Data Cloud with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and activation channels.
• Troubleshoot activation workflows and data pipelines.
• Ensure data quality with reconciliation and validation activities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.

The Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Data Cloud Developer with strong expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360) and telecommunications customer data environments.
This role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimising customer data solutions that transform complex customer, account, product, and service data into meaningful customer insights and highly targeted marketing audiences.
You will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, data engineers, and marketing teams to design scalable data models, identity resolution frameworks, segmentation strategies, and activation pipelines that power customer engagement and personalisation initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience with Data Lake Objects (DLOs), Data Model Objects (DMOs), identity modelling, data transformations, consent management, segmentation, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud integrations.
Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement scalable solutions within Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360).
