Job summary

Fulton Hogan Ltd. is expanding its Spray Seal Team in Ballarat and is seeking crew members to join the permanent, full-time workforce. Candidates with spray seal experience or a desire to learn in a new industry are encouraged to apply.

As a result of new business opportunities, we are planning to expand our Spray Seal Team and are seeking crew members to join our team based in Ballarat. As a member of the crew you will enjoy a great team environment and work for a company that values a good culture.

We're looking for candidates who have spray seal/industry experience or a desire to learn and progress in a new industry.

  • Current Drivers Licence - MR truck licence or above desirable
  • Construction Induction Card
  • Availability to work nights/weekends when required
  • Good communication skills
  • Excellent attitude, hardworking, positive and a team player
  • A willingness to learn new skills

This is a full-time permanent position with great rates, including penalties and allowances.

The pre-employment process will include a medical check, including drug and alcohol screening.
