Job summary

Fulton Hogan in Newcastle region is seeking a full-time Sprayer Operator to join our Spray Seal crew based in Rutherford. The role involves operating machines to apply spray seal, asphalt and other materials to deliver high-quality road surfacing.

To be successful you will hold a current MR/HR licence, site cards, and a team-oriented, safety-first attitude. We value outdoor work, willingness to travel, and the ability to work overtime when needed.

Qualifications

• Hold a current MR/HR Licence at minimum.
• Have relevant industry cards, e.g. Construction Induction Card.
• A positive attitude, self-motivation and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Possess a strong commitment to safety.
• Someone who enjoys an outdoor working environment.
• Have licence(s) on various mobile plant.
• Must be available for overtime, weekends and to travel away from home as required.
• Have previous experience in the industry or Leading Hand role (advantageous)
