You will play an integral role in supervising contracting operations for our Sealing business. This is a permanent opportunity to step into a leadership position and shape your career, working alongside innovative industry professionals who are committed to your development.What you’ll do?Conduct job inspections and plan work delivery to meet profit targets while upholding our HSEQ responsibilities.Support work delivery crews and contractors to ensure compliance with safety, quality and environmental standards.Identify opportunities to improve work delivery, safety, quality and environment performance, and implement corrective actions for non-compliance.Maximise equipment utilisation and ensure repairs and maintenance are completed promptly and efficiently.Liaise with clients regarding job requirements and expectations.Plan and manage onsite activities including subcontractors and hired equipment and provide effective people management of crews.How you’ll connect to the role?Hands on experience in bituminous spray sealing work delivery, including equipment operation and handling of raw materials.Experience in providing bituminous spray seal work scope and product advice that adds value for customers.Completed AAPA Safely Working with Bituminous materials and Sprayed Sealing Selection and Design training courses.Ideally you will have extensive experience in spray seal in a leadership role such as Foreperson or Supervisor.
