Qualifications

Minimum 2 years' experience in Civil Road Construction, Spray Seal, or Profiling operations.
General Construction Induction Card (White Card).
Additional plant or spray seal-related qualifications highly regarded.
Ability to lead crews and delegate tasks effectively.
Strong commitment to safety and compliance.
Experience working with plant and equipment in a civil construction environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Sound understanding of hazard identification and risk management practices.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing demands.
Experience completing site-based documentation and reporting requirements.

Are you looking for your next opportunity and open to a regional relocation? We have an exciting Spray Seal Foreman position based in Dalby, QLD to lead our Spray Seal crews and play a key role in the safe and successful delivery of road construction and maintenance projects.

As the Foreperson, you will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day site activities, leading field crews, and ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. Working closely with Supervisors, Project Teams, and operational crews, you'll provide leadership in the field while maintaining a strong focus on safety, compliance, productivity, and team engagement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
