M&P Services is seeking a Spray Painter Trades Assistant to join our Production Team at our Mackay headquarters. The role involves supporting spray painting activities and ensuring work is completed to a high standard under supervision.

Applicants should have good communication, the ability to work unsupervised or in a team, and a safety-focused approach. An Australian work right is required and a medical including drug and alcohol testing may be required.

About The Role:

We are seeking a Spray Painter Trades Assistant to join our expanding Production Team based out of our headquarters in Mackay. Previous experience in spray painting domestically or commercially is advantageous.

Reporting to the Production Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Timely execution of all jobs to a high standard upon completion
• Safety of yourself and other team members
• Upskilling to enable a pathway to a variety of work

Skills and experience required:

• Must be able to communicate effectively and work productively
