Job summary

Tennis West is seeking an Event Operations Coordinator to support the planning and delivery of the United Cup Perth. Reporting to the Event Operations Manager, you will help coordinate event logistics, stakeholder engagement, and on-site delivery to ensure a world-class event experience.

Qualifications

Experience in sports administration, major events, or event operations.

Responsibilities

Coordinate operational aspects of the United Cup Perth, including practice court operations, transport, ballkids, event activities, and functional area setup.
Support the planning and implementation of event infrastructure, services, player requirements, volunteer programs, and tournament functions.
Coordinate event bump-in and bump-out activities, including contractor management, signage installation, inductions, site access, and delivery schedules.
Assist with compliance, risk management, workplace health and safety requirements, and supplier documentation throughout the event lifecycle.
Managing operational administration, including purchase orders, invoice processing, budget tracking, reconciliations, reporting, and post-event evaluations.
