The Sporting Globe is hiring for General Manager/ Venue Manager roles in Sydney. You will lead front-of-house operations, ensure excellent guest experiences, and manage staff across the restaurant, bar and functions.

Applicants should have hospitality management experience, experience in both bar and restaurant settings, and strong financial oversight capabilities. RSA/TAB certifications are essential, with first aid and manager certifications preferred.

• 1 year hospitality management experience.
• Experience in both bar and restaurant environments.
• Experience controlling financial aspects of a business.
• Ability to lead, train and develop a team.
• RSA, RSG, TAB Basics & Advanced essential.
• First aid certificate preferred.
• Approved Managers Certificate preferred.
