Harvey Norman Ltd in Sydney is seeking a Sponsorships Coordinator to support the General Manager and sponsorship team in the day-to-day running of our sponsorship portfolio across the NRL, AFL and other partnerships. You will assist with the sponsorship calendar, assets, WIPs and deliverables, ensuring timely, collaborative execution.

The role requires a clear communicator with strong admin skills, MS Office proficiency, and the ability to travel for offsite activations and events, including

Qualifikationen

• Experience in sponsorship, partnerships marketing, events or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and strong administrative skills.
• Ability to travel and attend events when required (late nights & weekends).

• Diary management and scheduling of sponsorship calendar and events.
• Manage partnership assets, WIPs and deliverables for timely execution.
• Coordinate and respond to donation requests via email and phone.
• Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Represent and activate at sponsorship events and activations.
