Job summary

KW Partners in Sydney seeks an Associate 2 into its Sponsors team to play a key execution role on live transactions and pitches, working directly with senior bankers and clients.

You will build models, perform valuation analyses, coordinate processes, manage Analysts, and contribute to new business opportunities, gaining exposure to leading Australian and global private equity sponsors.

Qualifications

• Strong financial modelling and valuation capability.
• Experience in investment banking or corporate finance preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes deal environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute complex M&A and sponsor-led transactions from origination through to completion.
• Build and review detailed financial models, valuation analyses and deal materials.
• Coordinate processes across clients, advisers and internal teams and manage Analysts.
