Job summary

LifeHealthcare, part of EBOS MedTech, is seeking a clinical support professional based in South Australia to assist surgical procedures and collaborate with surgeons and nurses to ensure excellent patient care.

You'll manage instrument kits and implants, run in-services, and contribute to a rotating on-call roster. A related medical qualification and strong customer service ethos are preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and professional demeanor required.
• Ability to work autonomously or as part of a team in a clinical setting.
• Experience supporting surgical procedures and operating room staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical support for surgical procedures in theatre.
• Build relationships with surgeons and nursing staff through training and case support.
• Ensure instrument kits, implants, and user guides meet customer requirements.
• Conduct regular in-services on instrument sets to OR and Central Sterilisation staff.
• Participate in rotating on-call roster for after-hours / weekend case support.
