Job summary

LifeHealthcare in Queensland Spine is seeking a driven Territory Manager to join our high-performing team. You’ll work with leading orthopaedic and neurosurgeons, support complex procedures in theatre, and help grow a market-leading spine portfolio across Queensland.

You will build trusted relationships with surgeons, theatre teams, and hospital stakeholders, provide clinical and technical support in the operating theatre, and execute territory plans to identify new business opportunities while

Qualifications

• 3+ years medical device sales experience, ideally in implants or spine.
• Strong relationship-building and business development skills.
• Commercially driven, self-motivated, and resilient.
• Clinical background in Science, Nursing, Allied Health, Biomedical Engineering.

• Drive sales growth with a market-leading spine portfolio.

This is an opportunity to work alongside leading Orthopaedic and Neurosurgeons, support complex procedures in theatre, and build a successful career in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.

What we're looking for:

• 3+ years medical device sales experience, ideally in implants or spine
• Strong relationship-building and business development skills
• Commercially driven, self-motivated, and resilient
• Clinical background in Science, Nursing, Allied Health, Biomedical Engineering, or similar
• Passion for delivering better patient outcomes
• Current driver's licence and willingness to travel throughout Queensland
