Job summary

Mediix, a private speech pathology clinic in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs, is expanding its clinical team and seeking a full-time Speech Pathologist (Mon–Fri). The clinic has a strong reputation and supports therapists with supervision, mentoring, CPD, and PROMPT training.

Caseload includes children and adults with diverse needs; sessions are mostly clinic-based with optional telehealth. New graduates to experienced clinicians are welcome.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech Pathology.
• Current SPA membership / Certified Practising Speech Pathologist status.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
• Working with Children Check.

Responsibilities

• Manage mixed caseload across all ages with interests aligned to strengths.
• Deliver predominantly one-on-one sessions in clinic with possible telehealth.
• Provide speech-language pathology services across a range of areas including language, articulation, literacy, stuttering, PROMPT, and social communication.

Your caseload

• Mixed caseload across all ages, tailored to your interests and clinical strengths
• Toddlers, preschoolers, school-age children, teens and adults
• Areas may include early language, articulation, literacy, stuttering, PROMPT, social communication, adult acquired (post-stroke/TBI), accent modification and preschool screenings
• Mix of NDIS, private and Medicare (Chronic Disease Management) clients
• Predominantly clinic-based one-on-one sessions, with optional telehealth

What you'll need

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech Pathology
• Current SPA membership / Certified Practising Speech Pathologist status
• New graduates through to experienced clinicians will be considered
