Job summary

Mediix in Rand, NSW, is seeking a Speech Pathologist for a Thursday–Friday private practice role. This part-time position focuses on meaningful, supported clinical work in a beachside Sydney setting.

You'll manage a lean caseload across paediatric and adult speech-language needs, with optional telehealth, and enjoy truly protected days off and a collaborative team culture. Join an established, NDIS‑registered practice with a PROMPT‑trained team.

Qualifications

• Speech Pathology degree and SPA CPSP membership.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one speech pathology assessments and therapy.
• Manage a Thursday–Friday caseload in-clinic, with optional telehealth.
• Coordinate with NDIS, private and Medicare CDM referrals.
• Maintain client notes and progress reports.

An established private speech pathology practice in Sydney's beachside Eastern Suburbs is opening up a Thursday–Friday clinical role for a Speech Pathologist who wants meaningful, well-supported clinical work — without sacrificing the days that matter for family, study, another role, or your own business.

The practice

Over 20 years established. NDIS-registered. A tight, PROMPT-trained clinical team of experienced Speech Pathologists who genuinely like each other. Warm, values-led leadership. Long-standing referrer network — meaning your two days will be full, engaging clinical days, not empty diaries waiting to be filled.

The work

You choose the caseload lean that fits your interests — paediatric, adult, or a genuine mix. Clients across early language, articulation, literacy, stuttering, PROMPT, social communication, adult acquired (post-stroke/TBI), and accent modification. Mostly one‑on‑one in‑clinic, with optional telehealth if you want it. NDIS, private and Medicare CDM referrals.

What you’ll bring
