Job summary

Mediix is seeking a highly experienced Bilingual Speech Pathologist to join our private clinic in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs on a full-time, in-clinic basis. The role centers on paediatric work with opportunities for adult cases, backed by strong clinical supervision and a collaborative team culture.

You will work in a warm space with admin support, enabling you to focus on high-quality therapy and family-centred care for diverse bilingual families.

Qualifications

• Full AHPRA registration as a Speech Pathologist (or eligibility).
• SPA membership.
• 5+ years of clinical experience in a similar setting.
• Bilingual proficiency - able to assess and deliver therapy in a second language.
• Strong assessment, report writing and goal-setting skills.
• NDIS familiarity and confidence working with culturally and linguistically diverse families.
• Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain).
• Collaborative, curious mindset and team orientation.

Responsibilities

• Predominantly paediatric caseload (70%) with scope for adult work.
• Regular clinical supervision, peer case reviews and internal PD sessions.
• In-clinic role with admin support so you can focus on clinical work.
• Walking distance to public transport, cafés and parking.
