Job summary

Mediix seeks a Speech Pathologist to join a busy Melbourne clinic. You will build a caseload that suits you, choosing paediatric, adult, or mixed settings within a warm, supportive team of allied health professionals.

The role is fully clinic-based with no travel between clients, offering above-award remuneration negotiable by experience and a generous CPD budget. New graduates are encouraged to apply and will receive structured support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech Pathology is required or equivalent.
• New graduates with strong placement experience are warmly encouraged to apply and receive structured new-grad support.
• Experienced Speech Pathologists are welcome for a stable, well-run practice.
• Current Victorian driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete comprehensive assessments and formulate clear clinical impressions.
• Develop individualized, evidence-based therapy plans.
• Deliver 1:1 sessions in clinic, with group work where clinically indicated.
• Collaborate closely with the in-house MDT on shared clients.
• Partner with families, carers and support workers through coaching and education.
• Maintain clinical documentation and complete NDIS, Medicare and DVA reporting as required.
• Contribute to team case reviews, in-house PD and peer discussions.
