Job summary

Mediix Recruitment Pty Ltd. is seeking a Speech Pathologist to split time between paediatric and adult clients with a strong focus on NDIS.

Based in regional Australia, you will deliver a balanced caseload across multiple sites, with travel and community work included. You will join a supportive allied health network, enjoy flexible hours, and a starting salary of around $90,000 depending on experience, with opportunity for growth as you develop your skills in paediatrics and adult language and

Qualifications

• A degree in Speech Pathology.
• Eligibility for Certified Practising membership with Speech Pathology Australia.
• Interest in paediatric and adult work.
• Own reliable car and a current driver’s licence.
• New graduates welcome.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose and treat communication and swallowing needs across a range of ages and abilities.
• Build clear, goal-focused therapy plans that suit each client and their family or support network.
• Write NDIS reports and progress notes that are accurate and delivered on time.
• Work alongside other allied health colleagues so clients get joined up care.
• Keep your own caseload moving and communicate openly with clients, carers and funders.
