Job summary

Better Rehab is seeking a Speech Pathologist to join our team, delivering assessments and therapy across a broad age range in the TAS region. You will work in clinical and community settings, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support participants, often funded by NDIS.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology and AHPRA registration.
• Evidence of Police Check and Working with Children Check.
• Own car and valid driver’s licence.
• 1+ years post-qualification experience (3+ years for Senior roles).

Responsibilities

• Provide assessments and therapy across ages 0–65+ with neurological disorders and disabilities.
• Design therapy plans and advocate for participants.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists and others.
• Support participants using AAC devices and communication goals.
• Engage with families, caregivers and NDIA/NDIS funding contexts.
• Deliver services in both community settings and clinic spaces.
