Healthcarelink Support in Cairns, QLD is seeking a Senior Speech Pathologist to join their clinic/community NDIS team. The role offers full-time or part-time hours with a competitive salary and benefits.

You will provide comprehensive assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver therapy across children and adults in clinic and community settings, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor or Masters in Speech Pathology.
• Certified practising Speech Pathologist with Speech Pathology Australia.
• Passionate about delivering a high level of support to all your clients.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Ability to develop and grow genuine relationships with clients and team members.
• Superior time management.
• A current, unrestricted drivers licence and access to reliable private transport.

Aufgaben

• Provide comprehensive assessments.
• Provide reporting & ongoing therapy to a wide range of clients, both children and adults.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Ensure clients are receiving the highest possible level of individualised service cross the domains of speech, language, voice, multi-modal communication, swallowing and fluent.
• This will include home based evaluations, recommendations, Allied Health Assistant program development and coordinating group therapy programs as appropriate.
• Educate patients and families about communication disorders.
