Job summary

MediRecruit is seeking an experienced Speech Pathologist to deliver community-based care in Noosa, QLD, across homes, clinics and community settings for children and adults. The role includes assessment, planning, intervention and review within NDIS, Home Care Packages, Aged Care and other programs.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team of health professionals, maintain thorough documentation, and benefit from mentoring, CPD allowances, and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology.
• Current membership or eligibility for Speech Pathology Australia.
• Police Check, First Aid and CPR certificates.
• COVID and flu vaccinations; valid driver's licence.

Speech Pathologist - Community-Based - Noosa, QLD

About the role We are seeking an experienced Speech Pathologist to join a growing multidisciplinary allied health team delivering community-based care in Noosa, QLD. This is a full-time permanent position providing assessment, planning, intervention and review services for children and adults across the NDIS, Home Care Packages, Aged Care, DVA and other programs. You will support clients with communication challenges, swallowing and feeding difficulties and more, delivering services across homes, clinic and community settings while working closely with a multidisciplinary team of Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Podiatrists and Dietitians.

• Provide assessment, planning, intervention and review services for children and adults
• Support clients across NDIS, Home Care Packages, Aged Care, DVA and other funding programs
• Deliver therapy for communication challenges, swallowing and feeding difficulties

• Collaborate closely with a broad multidisciplinary allied health team
