Job summary

Healthcarelink Support in Nowra is seeking a dedicated Speech Pathologist to join our client’s expanding team. The role focuses on strong NDIS and disability services, allowing you to tailor caseloads to your clinical strengths and career goals.

You will work with both adult and paediatric clients, collaborating with GPs and other allied health professionals to deliver evidence-based therapy and meaningful outcomes. The position offers full-time hours, ongoing PD, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in Speech Pathology.
• Current registration with AHPRA.
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.
• Current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
• NDIS Worker Check.
• Satisfactory National Police Check.

Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose communication disorders.
• Design, trial, and implement low and high-tech communication devices.
• Develop, implement, monitor, and review individualised treatment plans.
• Assess and manage swallowing difficulties.
• Collaborate with GPs and other allied health professionals.
• Provide education to clients, families, and the community.
