HealthcareLink Trust is seeking a Speech Pathologist for a community-based NDIS role in South Brisbane. The position offers full-time, part-time, or contractor options, with a ramp-up program to establish a manageable caseload and strong supervision within a multidisciplinary team.

Applicants should have a Speech Pathology degree, 1–2+ years of experience, and eligibility with Speech Pathology Australia. Australian working rights and a valid driver’s licence are required.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology.
• 1–2+ years of Speech Pathology experience preferred.
• Suitable for clinicians from Junior through to Senior level.
• Current eligibility for membership with Speech Pathology Australia.
• Experience or interest in working within the NDIS/community setting.
• Current Australian working rights.
• Current driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle for community-based work.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality speech pathology assessment, intervention and support tailored to each participant’s goals and needs.
• Gradually build your caseload through a structured ramp-up program.

Our client is seeking Speech Pathologists to join their growing multidisciplinary team on a Full-Time or Part-Time basis, with Contractor opportunities also available. This is a community-based NDIS role offering the opportunity to work with a diverse caseload ranging from infants through to seniors.

You’ll provide high-quality speech pathology assessment, intervention and support tailored to each participant’s individual goals and needs. You’ll be supported to gradually build your caseload through a structured ramp-up program, allowing you to establish yourself comfortably while maintaining a manageable workload.
