Job summary

Each is seeking a part-time Speech Pathologist to join the NDIS Children's Therapy Support Services. You will work with children aged 0-12 and their families, delivering evidence-informed speech pathology services to improve communication and participation in daily life.

The role involves collaboration with educators and a multidisciplinary team, with supervision and coaching opportunities. Based in Ferntree Gully, the position offers a competitive salary, 12% superannuation and generous salary

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Speech Pathology (minimum).
• Membership with Speech Pathology Australia preferred.
• Experience delivering speech pathology services to children with developmental delay and disability.

Help children build confidence, connection and communication
Join Each's NDIS Children's Therapy Support Services team and play a meaningful role in supporting children with developmental delay and disability to thrive. Working alongside families, educators and a multidisciplinary team, you'll provide evidence-informed speech pathology services that build skills, confidence and participation in everyday life.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Speech Pathologist looking for flexibility, variety and meaningful work, while supporting children and families across the Outer East community.

Your role, your impact
In this role, you'll work directly with children aged 0-12 years and their families, helping them achieve goals that matter most to them through person-centred, evidence-informed supports.

• Deliver high-quality speech pathology services to children with developmental delay and disability
• Assess, plan and implement therapeutic interventions tailored to individual goals and needs
• Build capability within families and educational settings through coaching, mentoring and collaborative support
• Work across a variety of environments, including clinic, home, childcare, kindergarten and school settings
• Develop assessment reports and recommendations that support positive outcomes for children and families
• Manage and coordinate a caseload, including scheduling appointments and maintaining accurate clinical records
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary colleagues and external stakeholders to provide integrated support
• Facilitate group programs and parent education opportunities
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of learning and best practice
• Provide clinical supervision and mentoring to junior clinicians and/or students where required

Who we're looking for
You will be a passionate and collaborative Speech Pathologist who enjoys building strong relationships with children, families and community partners.

• Bachelor in Speech Pathology (minimum)
• Membership with Speech Pathology Australia
• Experience delivering speech pathology services to children with developmental delay and disability
• Strong understanding of child development and family-centred practice
• Experience working collaboratively with families, educators and other professionals
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong time management, organisational and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a multidisciplinary team
• Confidence using Microsoft Office and electronic client management systems
