Job summary

ORS Group is seeking a passionate Speech Pathologist to join our growing NDIS division. You will work with a diverse caseload, supporting clients with communication and swallowing needs across homes, schools, early learning centres, community settings and telehealth.

You will build meaningful relationships, contribute to development goals, and deliver evidence-based therapy. The role offers flexible working arrangements, including work-from-home options and a range of part-time or reduced-hour

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology.
• SPA registration (or eligibility).
• A valid driver’s licence and access to a vehicle.
• Relevant checks (Police Check, Working With Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening, or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Conducting communication assessments
• Completing swallowing and paediatric feeding (dysphagia) assessments
• Developing and implementing mealtime management plans
• Undertaking AAC assessments and recommendations
• Delivering ongoing therapy and evidence-based interventions

Education

Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology
