Job summary

ORS Group, a leading national allied health and workplace rehabilitation provider, invites a new graduate Speech Pathologist to join a national team of 60+ professionals. You’ll support clients aged 0-65 across early intervention, school age, and adult services in diverse settings including homes, schools, and telehealth.

You’ll receive supervision from an experienced pathologist and have opportunities for professional development, flexible work arrangements, and a supportive, inclusive culture

Qualifications

• A relevant degree in Speech Pathology.
• Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia.
• A genuine passion for working with individuals with disabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A drivers licence and access to a car.
• A National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualised therapy plans.
• Deliver high-quality speech therapy services to clients.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and supervision sessions.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting as required.
