Job summary

Everyday Independence, a leading allied health provider with over 40 hubs nationwide, seeks a Speech Pathologist to deliver impactful services to NDIS participants in homes, schools, and community settings.

The role offers full-time or part-time options, with supportive supervision, mentoring, and opportunities for professional growth. Locations include Hallam, Seaford, Moorabbin, Mornington, Pakenham and Warragul.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Speech Pathology and SPA registration required.
• NDIS/disability experience preferred but not essential.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide life-changing speech pathology services to NDIS participants.
• Work across diverse settings including homes, schools, and community centres.
• Create therapy plans and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
