Job summary

Everyday Independence Beresfield seeks a Speech Pathologist to deliver life-changing therapy to NDIS participants. This role is available full-time or part-time (4 days) or 9-day fortnight, with opportunities to specialise across paediatrics, youth, or adult streams.

We offer a competitive salary in the AU$93k–$110k range, plus superannuation, vehicle options, a laptop, mobile, PD opportunities, and performance bonuses up to AU$10,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Speech Pathology.
• SPA Registration.
• A positive and flexible approach to work.
• Strong communication skills and a team player.
• Commitment to personal and professional development.
• Valid driver's license.
• NDIS Workers Screening Check.
• Working with Children Check.
• Experience working in NDIS/disability is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Working in diverse settings; from homes and schools to playgrounds, workplaces, and community centres.
• Create therapy plans and provide life-changing speech pathology to support participants in achieving goals and maximising NDIS funding.
• Work within an interdisciplinary team of allied health professionals.
• Build meaningful relationships with participants and supports.
• Attend weekly team meetings in the Hub; share stories of impact, coffee and laughs.
• Tap into knowledge and support of Team Leader and Therapy Mentor.
