Everyday Independence is seeking a Speech Pathologist to deliver life-changing services to NDIS participants across Craigieburn and surrounding areas. The role offers full-time, part-time (4 days) or 9-day fortnight options, with a base salary plus super, vehicle options, mobile and laptop.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Speech Pathology
• SPA Registration
• A positive and flexible approach to work
• Strong communication skills and a team player
• Commitment to personal and professional development
• Valid driver's license
• NDIS Workers Screening Check
• Working with Children Check
• Experience working in NDIS/disability is preferred, however not essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide life-changing speech pathology services to NDIS participants in diverse settings (homes, schools, playgrounds, workplaces, community centres).
• Create therapy plans using evidence-based measures and assess progress to maximize NDIS funding.
• Work within an interdisciplinary team of allied health professionals.
• Build meaningful relationships with participants, families and supports.
• Attend weekly hub meetings to share impact and learnings.
• Receive guidance from Team Leader and Therapy Mentor.
