Early Start Australia (APM Group) is seeking a skilled Speech Pathologist to deliver evidence-based therapy to children and families across clinic, home, school, and community settings. You will develop individualised goals, implement targeted interventions and monitor progress in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Qualified Speech Pathologist with registration in Australia.
• Demonstrated experience in solution-focused therapy and early intervention.
• Ability to engage with children, families and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Identify and complete client assessments and manage caseloads.
• Develop, implement and adjust tailored therapy programs.
• Deliver services across clinic, home, school and community settings.
• Collaborate with other health professionals and prepare session resources.
• Record treatment notes within 24 hours and provide high-quality reports.
