Job summary

Early Start Australia in Somerville is seeking a qualified Speech Pathologist to deliver therapy across clinic, home, school, and community settings. You will assess and plan goals, create tailored programs, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support children and families.

Applicants should hold a Speech Pathology degree with AHPRA/SPA registration, WWVP/Checklist, and a current First Aid certificate. Flexible hours and strong professional development opportunities are offered.

Responsibilities

• Identify and complete assessments appropriate for each client.
• Manage a discipline-specific caseload, including complex clients, using a case management approach.
• Develop and deliver tailored therapy programs aligned to client goals.
• Deliver services across clinic, home, school and community settings.
• Collaborate with allied health team members to achieve outcomes.
• Maintain privacy and confidentiality and ensure compliance with policies.
