Job summary

Kimberley Therapy Services in Broome is seeking a compassionate Speech Pathologist to deliver services across home, school, clinic and community settings. You will work with children, adolescents and adults to support communication, speech, language, social communication and swallowing within scope of practice.

You’ll be part of a multidisciplinary team, with regular supervision and mentoring from experienced clinicians to help build confidence and clinical skills, including outreach across the

Qualifications

• Qualification in Speech Pathology and eligibility for membership with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA).
• Positive, team-focused approach and strong communication skills.
• Commitment to delivering culturally safe and person-centred services.
• Interest in rural and remote practice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based speech pathology services aligned with participant goals.
• Provide support across communication, speech, language, social communication and swallowing (within scope of practice)
• Complete assessments, intervention planning and clinical documentation
• Work collaboratively with families, educators, carers and other service providers
• Support participants to build functional communication skills for everyday life
• Contribute to a flexible service model, including community-based work and outreach where appropriate
• Participate in team meetings, supervision and ongoing professional development
