Everyday Independence invites a Speech Pathologist to join our team in Narangba. This role offers full-time, part-time (4 days/week) or 9-day fortnight options, with a salary range of $82,106–$110,143 per year plus super, vehicle options, mobile and laptop.

Relocation reimbursement and supervision valued up to $22,000 enhance the package, with PD allowance negotiable. You will work across homes, schools, playgrounds and community centres, crafting therapy plans to maximise NDIS funding and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Speech Pathology required and SPA registration.
• NDIS/ disability sector experience preferred.
• Valid driver's licence required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Provide life-changing speech pathology services to NDIS participants in diverse settings (homes, schools, community venues).
• Develop therapy plans using evidence-based assessment tools and support client goals.
• Collaborate within an interdisciplinary team of allied health professionals.
• Build meaningful relationships with participants, families, and carers.
• Attend weekly team meetings and engage with mentors and support staff.
