Job summary

Everyday Independence in Victoria is seeking Speech Pathologists to deliver life-changing therapy to NDIS participants. This role may be full-time or part-time; you’ll work across homes, schools, playgrounds, workplaces and community centres, using evidence-based measures to design therapy plans and progress toward goals.

You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, receive supervision from a Team Leader and Therapy Mentor, and enjoy flexible working options, a supportive culture, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Speech Pathology and SPA Registration.
• Positive and flexible approach to work with strong communication and team spirit.
• Valid driver’s license and checks: NDIS Worker Screening and WWC.
• NDIS/disability experience preferred, not essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide life-changing speech pathology to NDIS participants.
• Work across diverse settings: homes, schools, playgrounds, workplaces and community centres.
• Create therapy plans and use evidence-based measurements to support goals.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and participate in weekly meetings.
• Receive guidance from Team Leader and Therapy Mentor.
